Does Sage ACT 2011 have SideACT or something similar?

I've been using ACT 2000 and just upgraded to Sage ACT 2011, however, I don't see the "SideACT" function which I used a lot to maintain to-do lists. Does Sage ACT 2011 have SideACT or something similar?

Oy. Apparently, there is a something of a replacement called "Scratchpad."

Er... but it's in ACT 2012.
