Sign up to bring cookies on Wordpress?

I'd like to create a sign-up form on my Wordpress site where when someone signs up for a task then that task disappears from the list of options. Possible?

I use WP Form Manager for forms, and am generally happy with it, but I don't think it has the functionality I'm looking for. I want people to be able to sign up to bring one of a list of items to an event [cookies][coffee][gluten-free pastry], and I want [cookies] to disappear when someone signs up for it. I could use Google Docs as well (but I'm not seeing this option in Google Docs, either), but I'd prefer a WP plugin. I've seen it done with Filemaker, but I don't want to go that route.

Thanks in advance!

I don't think a common form is going to do it. You need some logic after the user checks off cookies, or whatever, to rewrite the form and reload it without that option. That is not basic form functionality. I'd look at the various to-do apps like Remember The Milk. One of them might have a Wordpress plugin that will do what you need.
