Can I get undeleted on Blogger? If so, how?

I am homeless, so I do not have money for a domain name. I set up a new email with google to do an astrology blog -- kind of a thinking man's astrology site, so to speak (though I am a woman) -- and tried to set up a blog. I had trouble with the account, so I then set up a new site via a free website host. That proved to be unusable, probably because I am on a tablet. I then managed to fix the problem with the gmail account, only to learn my blogger account had been deleted as spam. I replied and explained the situation. So far, nothing.

Has anyone ever successfully appealled a deletion of their blogger account? If so, how did you do it? Or how might I try?

Thanks.

Google can be a PITA when it comes to any action that requires a human. There usually isn't much to do except mailing them. You could try salvaging the data on the blog manually by googling your site according to site:example.com. Hopefully Google has cached something that you can manually save.

Response by poster: Thanks for replying. I had not posted anything yet so that is not an issue. They deleted it before I ever managed to log in. Still, I would like to create this blog and I am running into obstacles at every turn.

I assume you've tried re-creating it with the same sub domain and everything? I'm thinking the sub domain should be free if the blog really got deleted.

Response by poster: No I have not. Since they decided it was spam, I assume it would just be redeleted or denied outright. I will see if that is an option but I suspect that without human intervention, it will just make me look even guiltier.

Michele, why not try setting up a blog on WordPress.com? It's a free service, just like Blogger.

Response by poster: Hey, thanks. I will look into that. I had done some prior research and had reasons for wanting to specifically use blogger. But I will revisit those questions.

Thanks for the suggestion.
