What happened to Steve Moncuse?

Does anybody know whatever happened to Steve Moncuse, the writer/artist behind Fish Police? He appears to have stopped working in comics in the late 90s, and has no web presence that I can find.

Response by poster: Hee, my eyes grouped that up with the other dozens of comic book database sites that have entries for him. Thanks!

(Looks like only one of the new collections and none of the new stuff mentioned in there came out. So far at least.)
