Can't forget Mother's Day...

I need a place for Mother's Day brunch near Danbury, CT.

Any suggestions? There will be three of us, ideally not terribly far off of 84 but willing to drive a bit. Ideally it'd feel somewhat extravagant but I'd be happy to hear any Sunday brunch suggestions.

going towards ridgefield there are a lot of great places- It's about 15 minutes if you're coming from near the airport/mall.

Bernards in ridgefield Super lovely.. don't know if i'd call it extravagant but my own mother loves this place (and so do I) fwiw. Excellent brunch that they do every weekend. Don't know if there's a special moms day menu.

Stonehenge Inn is beautiful, and has that "special occasion" feel, but I don't know if they are doing brunch on Sunday, you'd have to call.

Best answer: ohh.. I just checked the website and Bernards has a Mothers Day Brunch for $45. The menu looks awesome. I can't even recommend any other places because they are so good for this type of thing.

For posterity, we want to Bernards and it certainly was super lovely. Food was excellent, beautiful room, very good service. We had a great time!
