Three of the four books in Joyce Carol Oates' Wonderland Quartet are available as eBooks. Why isn't the fourth?

The four books in the Quartet are A Garden of Earthly Delights, Expensive People, them and Wonderland.

The third book, them, isn't available as an eBook (either from Amazon or Barnes & Noble) It won the National Book Award for Fiction in 1970, it's one of the novels she's said she thinks she would be most remembered for, and the one she would most want a new reader of hers to choose, so why isn't it available?

Modern Library has been very uneven in issuing ebooks. I don't think there's any particular reason other than that they haven't gotten to it yet.

Looking at the Amazon page, I see that there is a uniform paperback edition of the other three books with some critical apparatus, and that the most recent, Wonderland, was just published in August 2011. So the uniform edition of them may be in press, and they may just have waited to issue an ebook from that.
