What song is playing in this Scrubs episode?

What song is playing in the background at the beginning of the Scrubs episode 3.08 "My Friend the Doctor?"

In the broadcast version of the episode, the song was "Stuck in a Moment You Can't Get Out Of" by U2, but on Netflix (and I assume the DVD) the song has been replaced by another one I can't identify. Can anyone name the artist and the song?
