What are some good books or articles that have used an organization's meeting minutes as a main source of data?

Cleveland Friends (Quaker) meeting has published a book called "Seeking God's Will on Same-Sex Relationships." It is essentially a compliation of meeting minutes, letters, and other documents of the meeting during the mulit-year process while it was trying to achieve clarity about whether to approve a marriage request from a same-sex couple in the meeting.

I'm not sure what you mean by data, but Al-Jazeera's Palestine Papers used meeting minutes as a primary source of information in their investigative series.
