Where to print a tiny book?

Where can I get a hard-cover photo book printed in a small size - say 4" x 4"?

I can go up and down an inch or two, and it doesn't have to be square. I'd need a single copy with about 20 to 30 full colour pages. I'm in NYC but would prefer to order this online.

Best answer: How about this one? 20 pages, hard cover, 4x4. This place will do 5x5 and is more expensive.

Best answer: This place has 6x4.5 and 6x6. This place is really expensive and a minimum order of 2 at the smallest (5x5) size, but it's an option.

Best answer: Check out Artscow.com. The print and binding quality is fabulous, from what I've seen.

Blurb.com can do a 7" x 7" hardcover.

Whatever you do, don't use MyPublisher.com. They have some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Hours on the phone, email unanswered, nobody ever shows up in the online chat. Complete clusterf*ck.
