Software/ online app for sports league scheduling?

I'm looking for software that will help me schedule play and practice sessions for teams in a sports league. Ideally, the software would be free and be flexible enough to take into account: the number of teams, how many times each team should play each other, & the number of available fields.

Pie in the sky would also mean taking into account the average duration of practice sessions/ games & fine-grained detail on dates/ times of field availability.

It seems like with so many recreational sports leagues in the US, some pretty slick software should be out there, but my google-fu is failing me ...

No idea, but as a software engineer I'm having trouble figuring out what you're looking for even if I wanted to write it from scratch.

Our local youth sports organization uses Blue Sombrero for at least some of what you describe. It has worked pretty slick insofar as I've had occasion to interact with it (just as a parent, not a coach or administrator).
