Any recommendations on an Afghan cookbook? I love Afghan food and would like to recreate my favorites at home.

I know there are regional variations, so if it matters my favorite Afghan restaurant (which I no longer live nearby) is named Kabul (warning: autoplaying music) so I think I like the style from that region. Helmand here in Baltimore is decent, but not as good in my opinion.

I'm a pretty amateur chef who's bad at improvising but good at following recipes.

Afghan Cuisine by Nafisa Sekandari. Very clear recipes.

Response by poster: Well, I was hoping for more than one response. Thanks Sidhedevil, Afghan Cuisine looks like a promising place to start. I'm going to leave this question open, in the hopes that it entices other responses.
