I can't put a stapler in this. Help me eat it.

What can I do with this tomato jelly?
I found some incredibly cheap tomato and pepper jelly (bought purely for the cheapness and novelty factor) and am now somewhat stumped on what to use it for/on.
The packaging suggests putting it on cheese or on pate, neither of which I am entirely fond of (cheese in general is fine, eating chunks of it alone is not my thing). It's sweetish, with a tomato base and slight spicy note. It's not as thick as jam, but not sauce-like.
I thought about putting it on toast, but that's it. What else can (or should) I eat this with? Any recipes this can be put in?

Do you eat meat? I would spread it on slices of cooked meat. It would go especially well with beef. I'm imagining its kind of like a chutney, so you might want to google good combos for using that up.

I cook a square of pork belly (skin-on) under a naked flame until it gets crackly, then I put tomato jelly on a thick slice of toasted or fried bread that I cover with watercress. Put the pork on top and you've got the best BLT you've ever tasted!

It's good on sandwiches in general, and if you like grilled cheese sandwiches, it's really teh bomb there.

We always serve pepper jelly on a slab of cream cheese with crackers or melba toast as a party appetizer. It's good that way on toasted bagels, too.

The flavor palate sounds similar to ketchup - try it thusly.

This is going to sound weird, but make jam cookies. (super easy or a bit fussier)
When I do a batch, I tend to make a few with each type of jam I have in the fridge - the first time I tried jalapeno jelly it was a real revelation. The mix of the sweet with the pop of savory/spice was fantastic! I bet your tomato jam would be great.

My best use of it was dollops on top of a quiche in the last 15 minutes of cooking.

One thing you could do with it is give it to your good friend S'Tella. Otherwise, it makes a tasty filling for crepes, especially with caramelized onions.
Use it to top any grilled fish or meat. If you like sausage, you could use it as a garnish with sausage and pepper saute. As a side item for a quesadilla, enchilada, frittata, or burrito.
On fried potatoes. Or on scrambled eggs.
drlith said on grilled cheese sandwiches, which is a great idea. You could also put it on pimiento cheese sandwiches.
My last gambit is this: roast an eggplant until tender, then puree it. Make a stack of quinoa, eggplant puree and tomato jelly.

Pepper jelly is also yummy with chèvre on crackers, bread, or Melba toast. I imagine some browned sweet onions would add even more deliciousness. Good for guests.

As others have said, it goes exceedingly well with cream cheese or goat cheese. It's also pretty fabulous on a grilled cheese sandwich (with a good sharp cheddar or a milder white cheese like jack or provolone) or a burger. "Melt" it over heat, maybe adding in a tiny bit of liquid for optimal consistency, for a glaze that would be great on pork or salmon.
This Chowhound thread suggests making thumbprint cookies with a savory, cheesy cookie and pepper jelly in the center, and that sounds absolutely amazing and I want to make it right now.
