An only demented ditty

Looking for the title/artist of a song played frequently on the Dr. Demento show many years ago.
I have no idea who the artist is. I have no idea what the title of the song is. I can hum it in my head, and I can recall a few lines, which were sung in a helium, cartoon voice. Here's what I remember: "Nice! Some people are nice! But I try hard not to be . . . NICE!"

No matter what it is, if it was 10 years ago, you could go onto Limewire or Napster and do a search on [most repeated words in the song misspelled] WEIRD AL YANKOVICH.mp3 and probably find it.
But seriously, if nobody here can help, I'd ask the folks at rec.music.dementia, which is "open to the public and is not moderated by anyone at drdemento.com" but linked to from that page, and, at first glance, seems decently well trafficked by current rec.* standards.

Best answer: I wonder if it's "Nice" by Ronald Vomit, mentioned here?

Best answer: In fact, I think that's it - listen to a sample here. Not quite a helium voice, but could it have been played sped up on the show?

Response by poster: Metafilter IQ=1,000,000,000. Thanks. I guess the "helium voice" must have been an implanted memory.
