Cars for/fighting/in grim opposition to Cancer

I have a car. I want to donate it towards fighting cancer. Whom do I use? (closest previously)

Bonus points for: most bang for the (potential) buck, and quickest option (I want to transfer the tags.)

You mean, most bang for the charity's buck or your buck? The IRS has limitations on how much you can deduct as a charitable donation with a car. I came across this on Charity Watch which offers a few tips on donating your car. Here's an older article from Edmunds written when new rules for car donation went into effect.

Response by poster: For the charity's buck (I could have worded that better.)

Thanks for the Edmund's article. I'll look into 1-800-Charity Cars.
