Buying USB warming components online ?

USB powered warming gadgets are fairly common now; you can find them in gloves and slippers. It's basically a sheet soldered onto insulated wire ending in a female USB plug.

I am trying to find the warming components online. Anyone know where I can find them? I took apart a USB food heating box and the component looks like a circle sandwiched between two sheets of plastic. In the sheet is a meditative maze consisting of a shiny flat metal

Here's a USB Heater at Instructables that talks about making it from scratch: http://www.instructables.com/id/USB-Heater-or-How-to-Upgrade-Your-Coffee-Cup/. I didn't take the time to chase them down but Googling (quoteless) "DIY USB Warmer" showed some promise. Good luck.
