I'm looking for the artist/title of a song I heard last night. It's an electronica/down tempo song. Female singer, and the lyrics contain something to the effect of "sex and diamonds" towards the end, and there is an operatic chorus that shows up during it.

I heard this at my gym last night and did not have any luck Shazaming it. The only Google result I can find is by David Usher and it's definitely not that song. Anyone?

Best answer: Are you absolutely sure it's not "Black, Black Heart" by David Usher? It sounds exactly like it. There is a female singing the chorus which includes "sex and diamonds" and it includes opera.

Response by poster: yawper, you are in fact correct. The versions I had originally found on the Googles and Youtubes sounded nothing like it. I did come across a "Black, Black Heart (slow version)" video which appears to be exactly what I was looking for.

So thanks, Google, for making me look like an idiot!
