LIFE & LOOK magazine equiv. on the interweb?

The passing of Eve Arnold has my re-mourning the passing of most of the great photojournalism magazines of yesteryear such as LIFE and LOOK. I'm looking for site suggestions that will have to serve as my modern day replacements. Examples: The Big Picture (Boston Globe), The Week in Pictures (MSNBC), etc. Have any good ones that are YOUR favorites?

The original creator and editor of The Big Picture, Mefi's own Alan Taylor, is now in charge of the very similar Atlantic feature In Focus.

Hello,

I'm a little late to the party but I think you might like the In Pictures site from the Guardian. There are newsy galleries every day, the Eyewitness app for the iPad is pretty decent and they sometimes put together some striking galleries of photographers' projects.

The splash page is here
