Looking for large Android tablet

A4 or letter size Android tablet - does it exist?

I am looking for an A4 or letter size Android tablet. It could be slightly larger, but must be relatively portable (ie not the 65-inch TV that clogs Google results for "largest Android tablet"). What I am wanting is one that will display A4 or letter size PDFs at 1:1 ratio without loss of margins. Any ideas?

When you are measuring a tablet, you use the diagonal. An 8.5 by 11 inch piece of paper has a diagonal just under 14 inches. I found this 14 inch tablet on alibaba.com, but there is a minimum order of ten.

Ugh, forget the one I linked to. It is called a 14 inch tablet, but the screen size is only 7 inches.

Response by poster: Thanks soelo but that one has a screen size of 7" according to the specs, and the pics look proportionate to that size. I don't think the concept of "truth in advertising" means much on alibaba. :)

Best answer: This doesn't exist. The closest thing would be one of the larger convertible tablet PCs, which would run Win7 or XP. 10.1" is about the largest you'll get with an Android tablet. Asus makes a 12" Windows tablet, however.

Response by poster: Hmmph. Oh well, not the first time I've discovered that the perfectly sensible thing I want absolutely does not exist, and it probably won't be the last. ;)
