Help Me Identify This Disco Song

Help me identify this song that I heard during a Cut Copy DJ set.
Months ago (back in May!) I heard a song during a Cut Copy DJ set at U Street Music Hall in Washington, DC. I believe it was a disco track, and the lyrics were something like this:
"We've been together for so long
Our love I don't want to loose
Suddenly it changed tell me what went wrong"
I can't find this for the life of me. Does anyone have a clue what it could be? Thanks in advance.
