What was this music video I saw?

Couple years ago I saw a music video. It was taken in a single shot, one guy dancing/singing with a microphone stand on a stage/sound set, ended with light bulbs exploding in slow mo, still part of the single shot. It kind of reminded me of Talking Heads/Stop Making Sense, both musically and visually. This was probably around 2008. Any ideas what I saw?
no exploding light bulbs, but it sounds a bit like this Radiohead video.

Best answer: With that description, "The Top" by Francis & the Lights is what immediately springs to mind for me.
