Many years ago, prolly in the late 1980-early 1990s, Bon Appetit published a recipe for the Black Dog Tavern's bar dip. It had cottage cheese, ham and wasabi powder in it. I can't find my copy. Does anyone have this oldie, but goodie, in their recipe file somewhere?
