Where can I get a gorgeous white ink tattoo in Washington, D.C.?

Where is the best place to get a white ink tattoo in the Washington, D.C. area?

I've decided to go for it and get a (small, simple, tasteful) tattoo in white ink. I've been told that I need someone who does white ink really, REALLY well -- I don't want to regret this! Where can I get the best possible white ink tattoo in Washington D.C. that will look lovely and be completely safely and beautifully done?

(If it matters, what I want is the symbol from Cigars of the Pharoah -- the "O" in the cover here. This is not related to the movie, I've been thinking about this on and off for about eight years now.)

I got a dark ink tattoo at Fatty's in Dupont Circle. My good friend who is black got one there before me, and his involves some white inks, so perhaps that is a good measurement? He went to Fatty himself also.

I went to Fatty's long before there was white ink (at least, available to those of us who are not in the business); Fatty himself gave me my tats. While I can't recommend him for white inkwork specifically, I can give him A++++ would let him ink me again for his work and his communication skillz. At least call and talk to him, and go look at the flash books. If he can't do it, for whatever reason, he'll tell you where you can get it done well.

Fatty is the best. And if he'll tell you true who does it best, if he doesn't think it's him.
