What's a good Windows alternative to Photobooth?

What's a good Windows program that I can use to take photos with a webcam? Think Photo Booth for Mac.

I've been searching for a good Windows alternative to Photo Booth, but everything falls short. Any recommendations? Yes, I've search google, but I'd like something that is MeFi approved or something.

I like Cameroid.com, never found a suitable off-web program.
