How to get meals delivered to Brookfield, WI?

From Ms. Vegetable:
I'm trying to get some meals delivered for a gift for a friend in Brookfield, Wisconsin. I'm in Chicago. I want to get a set of meals that she can pick from and pick up when needed- she's a very busy single mom. Like a delivery diet plan or Vietnamese supper club, but not that. Pescetarian.
Who does something like this, specifically in Brookfield?

I live right outside Brookfield, and I'm not sure of anywhere close by that does this (short of some take and bake pizza places). It might be worth sending the question to Ask BrookfieldNow.

The only thing I can think of is Schwan's, which she'll have to throw in the microwave or oven.
