Refresh iTunes cover art?

I'm using Mp3tag to add cover art to many music files that I have already imported into iTunes. Is there any way to get iTunes to recognize that new cover art without deleting the music files from the iTunes library and then re-importing them?

If you're letting iTunes keep your music folder organized, you can drag the music files back into iTunes without deleting them first. Nothing will get moved or imported, but it may reexamine the files and pick up the new artwork.

You may try selecting the music files in question, get info, change some inconsequential thing [Grouping, maybe, or some other field you don't normally use], and click OK. That may get it to reexamine the files.

I have used both of these to get iTunes to see various outside-iTunes modifications to files.
