Looking for a "making of Kool Aid Man comic strip"

ComicFilter: I am looking for a one-off comic strip that depicts a man going through some sort of Wolverine-esque operation in a secret government lab. He then breaks out, and his identity is revealed....

to be the Kool Aid Man!

I can't recall it exactly, but I'm pretty sure it was a parody of the V for Vendetta origin scene, not Wolverine.
