Tony-Robbins-Style Motivational audio/video for Vietnamese or Chinese people?

Could the hive mind please recommend something to bring "life" into old, stubborn Vietnamese or Chinese people?

Something with the emphasis on the following would be great:
Positivity
Determination
Spread confidence to others not fear
Giving without expecting a return

A religious slant, whether that be Christianity or so forth, would be fine as long as it's not excessive.

By 'Vietnamese or Chinese people', do you mean citizens of those countries or immigrants from those countries? And are you looking for resources in tiếng Việt/官话 or in English?
