Need a rec for an adult ADHD/anxiety expert in the SF Bay Area

Urgently seeking recommendations for an Adult ADHD expert in the SF Bay Area who also has expertise with anxiety disorders.

Here's my situation: I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder years ago, but haven't done anything about it in years since the counselors I've seen were never very helpful, nor was the medication. It's been mostly livable. But I've slowly realized recently that whenever I read about Inattentive ADHD, it's like the writer has been watching my life and the inside of my brain on hidden camera.

But I think anxiety is the root cause of it for me. Very often I can work for hours on boring tasks with no problems concentrating. Lately I have started running into problems in two situations.

-When the task is not something I already know how to do, it is confusing, and I have to figure it out with no help.

-When I misprioritized and should have started on something earlier than I did, so I know I will be asked for it before I have completed it and will possibly have someone angry at me.

In these two situations, I cannot. start. working. I just cannot get myself to start. All of my old tricks for snapping myself out of procrastination are not working. I just get blocked by this one task. When I finally complete the task, I'm unblocked again and my flow of work is totally normal again, I am able to concentrate and get things done.

I urgently need to meet with someone who has seen my problem before and is good at helping people to fix it. Ideally someone who is familiar with the way Inattentive ADHD and anxiety work together, or maybe instead with the ways that anxiety can cause symptoms that appear to be similar to Inattentive ADHD. I need to get a handle on this before it starts affecting my work performance.

If you want to recommend someone anonymously, you can reach me at helpneededforadhd@gmail.com. Recommendations within a 2 hour drive of San Jose work for me.

Response by poster: I would also really prefer someone who can help me fix this in a way that doesn't involve taking medications, although I'm not completely against that I just have a feeling that this is more psychological for me than physiological.
