Place to stay in Ottawa

Looking for B&B or guesthouse near 27 York Street in Ottawa? We're going to be at said address for an event on a Friday night and want to make a little weekend of it. Unfortunately don't have the first clue about Ottawa...can someone with local knowledge help? Very much appreciated.

Check out airbnb, where people rent out their house, rooms, couch for short terms. I've had good experiences with 2 of the listings in Ottawa but neither close to your location (at Keyworth ave and Kochar dr). There are quite a few around York St, some within walking or short public transit distance.
