Looking for good web radio stations that only play instrumental music

Please recommend audio streams (web radio stations and the like) that are all instrumental, and aren't classical music. Additional thoughts inside.

The main reason for the request is a friend wants something to play in the background at his law office while he works. Classical music doesn't keep him alert enough.

I don't imagine it'd be playing when clients are in, but I figure that electronic "dance" music would not be as desired as other styles. But if you have some great electronic stations, I'd love to hear them for myself, if nothing else. Thanks!

I have a Pandora station based on "El Ten Eleven." It is almost exclusively instrumental (with the exception of a bit of Sigur Ros slipping in there with that elfin funeral song thing that they do). Post-rock alternates between pretty chill and mesmerizingly energetic. So that might be up his alley. Other bands to look for along this line would be "Mogwai" and "Explosions in the Sky."

RadioIO's "Ambient" channel might be just the thing.

Ninja Tunes does a good podcast. But you probably already know that. There's the Solid Steel podcast as well, which I don't think is the same.

Came here to recommend somafm...satisfied ejazen and Jairus beat me to it. Shoutcast is still alive and kicking, and includes the somafm stations as well as many others that might fit the mood.

One of my favorite Pandora stations is the Benny Goodman station. All big band, all the time. It keeps me really alert when I've got a lot of detailed, nit-picky work to do.
