Help me ID this picture

Can anyone please identify this picture?

I saved it on my computer ages ago and titled it helpfully as "bw." I've no idea who it's by. I tried using TinEye and the like but I got no results. Help, please?

No clues as to the picture, but could the "bw" just be referring to the fact that it's a black-and-white image?

Response by poster: Yeah, I know. I was kinda being sarcastic (towards myself) when I said I titled it "helpfully." :)

It feels like a old woman/young woman illusion, though I can't find the old woman in the picture

I don't know if you have Google Search History turned on for yourself but if you do go back to 2008-08-18 at 02:21:46 (the xmp modified date in the bw picture metadata) and see what you were searching for at the time. This is on the assumption that you found the picture on the web after doing a search.

Response by poster: That's a clever idea, unliteral. Unfortunately, according to my google search history, I didn't do a search on anything that day--it barely even had anything for the rest of the month. Either I wasn't using google or I had my web history turned off at that point. Ah well, it was worth a shot anyway. Thanks for the help. Anyone else got any ideas?
