HKMovieFilter: What HK action movie is this scene from?

Hilariously bad firefight, super-sensitive hearing.. I have this clip I recorded off TV circa the mid 90's and have been interested in seeing the whole movie ever since. If only I knew what it was:

Best answer: The first few minutes of the clip are actually re-used from "Mr. X", but the movie in question seems to almost certainly be "King of Gamblers", starring Kathy Chow as "Bobo".
