Different types of the letter "a"

Typography / InDesign Filter. How can I change the letter "a" of my Gotham typeface? The "a" displayed by default is the "two-story a". However I'd like to use the "one-story" one. I know I can switch manually each "a" of my document via the Glyph window in InDesign. But is there an easier and faster way to automatically switch from "two-story a" to "one-story a"? I've searched in the Preferences panel / Text panel without success... I have InDesign CS5, Font Explorer X Pro and work on Mac. Thank you in advance!

Best answer: You should be able to set it in a character or paragraph style. Or you can run the find and replace — InDesign has a pretty robust f&r, so you should be able to select specifically the glyph.

It's probably in a stylistic alternate set. You can apply those style- or paragraph-wide with the typography tools. I don't have InDesign on my laptop so I can't give you specific instructions, sorry.
