Name That Tune, Renfaire style?

Does anyone know the composer of this medieval tune?

I found it in 2002 on the web page of a French restaurant in Minerve, France. I found it again last month but still no idea as to its provenance. The filename is simply "medieval.mid." And yeah, I know nothing about music and find midi versions of olde songs mesmerizing.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Best answer: Ecco La Primavera by Francesco Landini, Italy, 14th Century.

(I recognized it instantly mainly because it's the first track on the first CD in my Early Music Festival set which I highly recommend for anyone interested in medieval and early Renaissance music of the 14th-16th Centuries.)
