Chrome autologin to public wifi

Is there a Chrome extension to auto-accept terms at public wifi (like Starbucks?)
When logging in at Starbucks, there is the standard splash page to 'Accept Terms' that 97% of us don't ever read. I'd like to save my self the clicks and bypass that step. A Chrome extension should do the trick. I see there are Android apps for this.
Does anyone know of a way to do this with Chrome?
