Is Ocean Parkway's bike lane currently construction-free?

Can anyone tell me if the Ocean Parkway bike lane in Brooklyn is still blocked off at the southern end due to construction? (It was last time I was there, but that was in November.)

Best answer: I rode all the way to Coney Island boardwalk on that path a few weeks ago.
