Is all affiliate tracking software shady and gross?

I'm seeking a recommendation for a non-shady tracking/reporting tool for affiliate sales and ad network performance.

I'm a full-time web publisher who uses a ton of affiliate programs (amazon, commission junction, share a sale) as well as third-party ad networks (adsense, glam, etc) to monetize my sites.

I'm trying to find software that will automatically log into my 10+ affiliate and ad network accounts and send me a daily report.

In researching existing sales/ad performance tracking tools, I'm running across a lot of VERY shady-looking applications. Niftystats, StatsJunky: they all feel shady. Call me a snob, but copyediting errors and bloated claims of RICHES FAME PONIES!! turn me off. The only tools that sound half-way un-sketchy are Bevomedia and Prosper202, but I'm having trust issues and starting to feel like everyone's a scam artist.

Does anyone have experience with this? Sadly, the world of affiliate sales is really gross and it's being difficult to wade through all the ick to find a legitimate bit of a software.

Response by poster: The lack of answers here confirms my suspicions that yes: all affiliate tracking software is shady and gross. :)
