Poetry and Goths

I'm looking for a particular comedy poem about goths.
Possibly late 80's early 90's UK poet on Radio4 (where else?) The only bit I can remember is:
"I wanna be a goth / I wanna be a goth / i wanna drape myself / in a big black cloth..."
Anybody know the full poem? Or the poet? Google-Fu has failed me.

Given the time and the channel, possibly John Hegley or Ian McMillan?
