lost tabs

Is there anyway to use Time Machine to restore a previous browsing session in Chrome?
I'm desperately trying to restore my tabs after a crash and was wondering if there was anyway to use Mac's time machine to do this. Does anyone know if and where previous session data is stored or if there might be a better way to recover my tabs?

Response by poster: unfortunately, my browsing history was cleared right before the system crashed...I was hoping there might be a way to recover the tabs another way.

Best answer: What you want to recover is the ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/ folder. That's what holds all the history, session, and tabs files.
I personally exclude that folder from Time Machine because it was causing TM to make multi-hundred-MB backups every hour, but presumably you haven't done that.
