Tabloid/Newspaper-format Print on Demand Options?

Looking for a print-on-demand provider capable of printing things in tabloid newspaper format.
A project I'm working on is looking into printing a joke tabloid newspaper. This would almost certainly be a one-off thing, or very infrequent. None of us is based in the US or UK, so we'd be looking for a Cafepress-type arrangement where we could send or upload a PDF and have things taken care of without any personal intervention necessary on our part. Price would be something of an issue, but at this point we're looking mostly into whether or not this would even be doable -- the PoD offerings I've been able to find online all seem to be for book or magazine formats.
