Does anyone know of great mid-management recruiters in Boston?
I'm hitting the point where it's time to start looking into new career opportunities. Prior to this job, I was in administration, consulting, and graphic design. At my current position, I've managed to carve out a position that's billed as "Director of Knowledge Management," where I've designed a customized CRM, created policies that enforce confidentiality and knowledge sharing, some IT work (though I'm not an IT specialist), and a lot of project management.
I've never been at this level of management before, and though I may pursue an MBA at some point, it's not something that I want to do in the immediate future. However, the recruiters I know are all at the administrative level, and I've priced myself out of their customer base.
Does anyone know of some terrific recruiters for mid-to-high level management? I'm not at C-level, and probably need the degree to make it to that level, but I'd like to discuss what's out there in my area.
