Romanian domain names

How do I contact a Romanian domain holder?
I am trying to acquire a .RO domain. According to the FAQ on the Romanian Top Level Domain Registry, Romanian law "Legea nr.677/2001" on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, contact details of individuals should not be publicly displayed. As I understand it, if the domain is owned by an individual they don't tell you who the domain owner is. Makes it difficult to contact the owner.
A few more notes:
1. The site doesn't resolve
2. There is a MX record, so I could spam a few addresses but wanted to investigate other options first

Tried the default email accounts, e.g. webmaster, info, postmaster, abuse, hostmaster?
