Everything I've ever highlighted. NOW.

I have a Sony Reader Touch (PR-600). Is there any way to get my highlighted "notes" into one readable file?

On my Reader, I am able to look at my highlighted "notes" on one page. It appears to be a hypertext file with quotes from my highlights which lead back to the corresponding highlighted portions of my ebooks. This is nifty, but it would be niftier if I could get a big master file of all my full quotes for me to read in one fell swoop. Is this possible, or is this merely the beautiful dream of an innocent naif?

I've got the same reader and it is possible with the Sony Reader software that came with it. I don't bother with notes anymore so I deleted the program (in favor of Calibre), so I can't give you explicit directions, but it is possible.
