Can anyone tell me what this image (NSFW) comes from? Given its content, I wouldn't be surprised if it was from a bad Troma film or something similar, so bear that in mind before you click on it.

Response by poster: I realize that I probably should have been more specific about the NSFW-ness. It's got blood, but it's clearly staged.

Best answer: It looks familar. I can't give any specific details but I think it's from a sketch comedy show possibly for some radical weight loss thing.

Best answer: It's from Mr. Show season four, from a sketch about a group of Buddhist monks competing against a camp for fat kids in some sort of wacky Meatballs like situation.
