Where would I find the best sex shop in Montreal?

I'm thinking of going vibrator-shopping this weekend and would love to make a purchase in person rather than via the Intarwebs. And since I'll be in Montreal, this leads me to ask: where could I find a knowledgeable, well-stocked erotic boutique?

(St.-Catherine is going to come up a lot, isn't it? I realize the odds are high because it's chockablock with 'em, but I'd prefer less grunge, thanks.)

Labelling everything on Ste-Catherine as "grunge" does a bit of a disservice to excellent shops like Boutique Érotika.

...which is where I would recommend going. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is quite grunge-free.

Response by poster: I don't wish to label everything on there as grunge as far as sex shops go, but a stroll down the street doesn't often fill me with the confidence I require when concerning my lady bits.

Best answer: Fair enough!

There's Joy Toyz up on St. Laurent, which, if it's the place I think it is—and I think it is—might be exactly what you're looking for.

Best answer: Seconding Joy Toyz. I've bought things there a few times. It's a small shop, and the owner is really friendly/helpful/knowledgeable. They only stock quality stuff that's worthy of putting near your ladybits. The only downside is that it's a smallish store and they don't have quite the same selection as larger stores.

Response by poster: I did my research and Joy Toyz it is!

Thanks for the help, guys!
