Help me find a new office copier.

Our copier died last week (Xerox WorkCentre C20) and I need to replace it. I would appreciate your recommendations on where I should look for a replacement.
I work in a small 5 person office, and we don't do high volume work, but the C20 was definitely a little weak for our needs. We also really need to copy/scan 11x17, which takes us out of the desktop copier area.
We need:
* B&W copying
* Color scanning (pdfs)
* Letter/legal/11x17
* Duplexer
* Document feeder
Pages per minute is not a huge concern for me, I just need it to copy and scan reliably. I was looking at the Canon ImageRunners online, but I'm not sure if that's the way to go. Any advice would be appreciated.

More important than features is the service contract and who will take care of you the best when it breaks...
