Impossible wish request!

Asking for a friend: 2011 USA 7s Collegiate Rugby Championships in Philadelphia, June 4-5. Central Washington University defeats North Carolina. At the end of the game, the CWU coach hugs CWU player Jacob Bates, a family friend. Would love to find video of the last part of this game, or a still image showing this moment. Have found some highlight reels, but not hitting paydirt yet. :(

No idea personally - but I'd try hitting up @PHLSportsGuy33 and see if he can point you in a direction and/or hit up a couple Philly sports blogs (I'm not around anywhere that I'd have recommendations right now). One of them may know someone who has the footage for some reason?
