How do you say "grill master" (or, barring that, "barbecue master" in Bengali, preferably both in Bangla script and transliterated?

As a native bengali speaker who doesn't really speak it , I assume whatever the word "cook" might be the same as "grill master"/barbecue master".

Best answer: the closest thing that comes to mind is: "kabab-er baaboorchi" , which literally means "kabab chef".

there really isn't a cuisine that is exactly like BBQ in that region, but kebabs (imo) come the closest. "baaboorchi" is just "chef" (as opposed to the suffix "-walla", which is more indicative of a street vendor)

unfortunately, i can't get my bengali text input to work, so hopefully the transliteration will do for now!
