Glycemic index ipad app?

I've looked on the iTunes store for a glycemic index iPad app and the five or six I looked through all got horrible reviews. Do you use a GI app, and if so, which do you like? Both paid and free are fine. I'd also be open to other food tracking apps if they are really great. It should be compatible with a low carb / paleo type diet. Thanks.

I use the MyFitnessPal app to track my carb intake when I'm not at home. The app is okay, although its biggest strength is that it hooks into the MyFitnessPal website, which I like a lot. The app is free, and the Android version will scan in barcodes as well.
