Best podcasting platform?

Easiest/most elegant site for distributing a podcast?
Getting ready to launch a podcast and I'm looking for the best tool to host and distribute it. Basically, I want a site/service that lets me upload the mp3 file, tag/describe it, and it does the rest - hosting, feeds, iTunes integration, etc.
Free is best but would be willing to pay something if it's affordable and really worth it. I'm looking at PodOmatic ... is it worth the money? Are there competitors? Should I try to roll my own, using my personal domain? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Not free, but Libsyn has been highly recommended by lots of friends and colleagues who've used it for podcast distribution.

My podcast uses Libsyn, and have found that they have great support.
For free, you might try Podbean?
